Our History
Founded in 2011 as an affiliate of our IOMN partner, Coast2Coast was built to meet an internal need for reliable, high-quality billing. Because we were the customer first, we understand what providers actually need—and built our systems and processes to deliver it. We focus on strong relationships and work closely with providers, facilities, payers, and patients to keep the revenue cycle moving.
Today, Coast2Coast is a trusted partner known for our depth of experience and hands-on approach to billing.
Meet Our Team
Our team brings over 100 years of combined experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management, with backgrounds spanning clinical operations, coding, compliance, and practice-side workflows. This experience is shaped by leadership with direct involvement across both the clinical and operational sides of healthcare, keeping our work grounded in the realities of the providers we serve and informed by a true customer perspective.Across the organization, we include AAPC-certified professionals—Certified Professional Coders (CPC), Certified Professional Billers (CPB), Certified Ambulance Coders (CAC), and a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO), who also serves as our in-house counsel. Together, this allows us to approach billing with a practical understanding of how providers, facilities, and payers interact, and to deliver thoughtful, effective revenue cycle management.
